She pushes me to my max and has been super awesome with finding other exercises to deal with my injury! She is very knowledgeable in all areas, and has an awesome personality and encourages you all the way even if you think you can’t do any more reps! Highly recommend if you are looking for training!

    I approached Stephanie because I wanted to improve my overall fitness and just wanting to get out and do some physical activity as my busy schedule and lack of discipline doesn’t allow me to. I liked that the early bootcamp wouldn’t interfere with my schedule at all and I’ve met Stephanie at work and thought she’d be an amazing trainer.

    Stephanie helped me by being incredibly patient and explains things in such a way that even I (the most painfully self-unaware person ever) can understand. She also modified anything that I wasn’t able to do without making me feel like I couldn’t keep up.

    One thing I liked about her bootcamp was it is very laid back and I didn’t feel intimidated as I do in many of these types of situations. She pushes you hard without over-exerting you and the workouts would be very easy to use on my own. She is very encouraging and jokes around with you making the workout fun (which is difficult at 6:30 AM).

    I also liked how you are in and out in an hour. You work super hard when you’re there and then you are good to go for the rest of the day.

    I found the experience one that I’ve really enjoyed. I feel like I am accomplishing something and it pushed me further than I would be able to do on my own.

    I would recommend Stephanie everyone. Stephanie was awesome about modifying the workout to everyone. I went from essentially doing little to no physical activity 6 months prior to the bootcamp; so if I can do it, anyone can!
