The doctor can verify if there are any risks or recommendations such as diet healthy eating plan based on your circumstances, trimming some unhealthy habits such as smoking, drinking alcohol, and lowering caffeine quantities and give you recommendations such as taking prenatal vitamins that contain Folic Acid in them. If you are just coming off a birth control pill they may also recommend Vitamin B and Zinc which tend to be depleted more from being on a birth control and waiting 3 months for your hormones to regulate.
