As a personal trainer I have worked in large gyms! I often felt I was limited in the capacity I was able to help them! Just based on the pay structure!
I decided to break down the barriers I seen my clients were struggling with to be able to offer specialized services that meet their needs. Meeting them where they are at! For me, understanding a client's mindset and perspective on where they are at, where they want to go, and their commitment level, and accountability level, and experience in exercise, working out, previous coaching experiences, and current nutrition habits has allowed me to truly understand where the client is at!
Like a GPS, if you don't know where you are at, the same directions can't be used for every person! Truly understanding where my client is at on a physical and mental state can help me navigate their workouts and give them directions to allow them to arrive at their destination in achieving their goals.

What 3 Reasons Do We Give Ourselves For Not Working Out?
1. Excuse Makes - "I don't have time"
This is interesting "verbage" that comes out of many people's mouth. I remember times in my life that this was a very easy way to get out of doing something that I didn't want to do! Did you catch that? Something that I didn't want to do!
The fact is EVERYONE has the same 24 hours a day to live their lives. No one gets 26 Hours a day or only 18! But the way we spend our time tends to sometime unravel like a roll of toilet paper. You had so many great intentions of completing something, but then you look and the roll is empty and you are scrambling doing the pants around your ankles shuffle in life.
I would beg to ask you the question? Can you truly and honestly state where you know how you are spending every minute of the day? If you cannot show me your calendar because you do not have one or you cannot remember what you actually did today. My solution to you is to grab a note book and start tracking how much time you spend in each activity! Be honest with yourself? How much time did you spend scrolling or swiping on Pinterest of Instagram?
After a week of tracking your activities, can you see where you are "wasting time" and look at eliminating those gaps? I am proud to say as a Personal Trainer and Coach, I provide my clients with the tools and support to be able to start accomplishing their goals and creating tangible results by catering their workouts to their lifestyles. As a coach if you tell me you are usually out at the lake on the weekends and away from a home gym or fitness center, I will program your workouts to match your setting and environment and resources you have available to you.
